The Whiteley College is a private college in Bowral offering Years 2 through 12. Classes are small, teachers are dedicated, and students leave here ready for wherever they want to go next — whether that is a ballet company in Europe, a university degree in Australia, or somewhere in between.
A&L Academie de Danse is our studio for part-time students — from toddlers taking their first dance class to adults returning to the barre.

The Whiteley College is a full educational college — students attend Monday to Friday, study all their subjects here, and train in performing arts every day. A&L Academie de Danse is our part-time studio, open to anyone from age 2 upwards who wants to dance, act, or sing alongside their regular schooling.

Every student at TWC is known by name, supported by teachers who track their progress, and given the room to grow at their own pace. Academic classes are kept deliberately small. So are performing arts classes. You are never a number here.

Students don't choose between school and dance — they do both. Each week at TWC combines a full academic curriculum with professional-level performing arts training. Students sit for HSC, graduate with vocational qualifications, and leave with options.

TWC graduates have gone on to dance companies in France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Spain. Others have studied at Australian universities or pursued careers in musical theatre, teaching, and beyond. We stay in touch and we keep helping, long after graduation.

PART-TIMEA&L Academie de Danse
A&L Academie de Danse is the part-time studio, sitting alongside TWC, open to students from age 2 through to adults who want to train without changing schools.
Our graduates
From Bowral to the world's best stages.
Our graduates are dancing with companies in France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Spain. Others are performing on international cruise lines, studying at Australian universities, or building careers in teaching and production. Every one of them was supported through every step of getting there — auditions, applications, reels, and beyond. That support didn't stop when they graduated.
